Karamoja Province players have been given up to this Friday March 14, 2025 to report to Moroto for a training camp ahead of the upcoming 2nd league fixtures of the FUFA drum preliminary qualifiers with Bugisu Province team.
Ali Abdullah Obonyo, the head coach of Karamoja Province team who also doubles as the head Kumi United Football told Etoil A Karamoja that the players are needed in the Camp by 14th of March 2025.
According to Obonyo, the team’s coaching staff are already in the camp and prepared to kick-off the trainings by tomorrow’s morning upon the arrival of all players.
Obonyo revealed that, Karamoja province committee’s summoned a total of 24 players for one week’s training camp ahead of the upcoming fixtures with the Bugisu Province.
The summoned province players will be camping at Porona Hotel in Moroto which has been their host venue for accommodation for their home games.

Karamoja province who have an uphill task to do in order to advance to the next round will face of with Bugisu Province on 22nd of March, 2025 in the second leg of the FUFA drum preliminary qualifiers.
In the first leg, Karamoja Province was beaten 2:1 by Bugisu Province in a game played at Mbale City Stadium on 24th August 2024.
