Lolachat Seed School confirmed champions of the Nabilatuk district secondary schools inter-district competitions after beating Arengesiep Secondary School 9:8 in a penalties.
The officials failed to decide the winner of the game after both teams drew in goals and points.
Kevin Wasike the vice secretary organizing committee speaking to Etoil A Karamoja said that the organizing committee decided to let the two schools have a penalty shoot-out so as to decide the winner of the tournament .
According to Kevin, Lolachat seeds school will for the second time play in the Karamoja regional secondary schools games having last featured in 2023.
Kevin added that Nabilatuk district will take three schools for the regional competitions namely Lolachat seeds school, Arengesiep secondary school (boy’s football) and St Kizito Lorengedwat secondary school (Girls football).
The Karamoja regional secondary schools competitions is set to commence on 8th April 20205 and will be hosted by Kotido secondary school.
