Joshua Imalingat holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication obtained in 2009 from Uganda Christian University Mukono. He joined Etoil A Karamoja in January 2020 as a reporter before being appointed News Editor in 2021. He has experience in the media industry spanning 11 years, joining the field in July 2011.
He once in a while contributes stories for URN as a guest reporter. He has had trainings in areas of health reporting, digital inclusion, conflict and peace building, media viability, safety and security of journalists, human rights and gender equality, quality and standards, sensitive conflict reporting among others. He is also- ACME parliamentary affairs reporting fellow-2015.
