Peter Abrahams Irar, the Kotido municipal mayor says the outgoing RDC was a key figure in building the NRM agenda in the district, noting that he played an instrumental role in attaining the prevailing peace.
Paul Komol Lotee, the Kotido district LCV Chairperson urged the incoming RDC to focus on the issue of wage for the Kotido general hospital, something he says has to be done with outmost urgency.
Onoria, on his part hailed the district leadership for according him the respect and support during his three-year tenure in office, further imploring his incoming counterpart to look into the issues of street children and vandalism.
The incoming Kotido RDC Charles Ichogor in his acceptance remark noted that he will base his leadership on the four pillars of social economic transformation, peaceful co-existence with neighboring districts, democracy and service delivery.
