Lotuke Seed Secondary School in Abim district has been crowned over Champions of the inter-district secondary schools ball games II competitions
The competitions, which attracted only three schools, was concluded yesterday at Abim Senior Secondary School playground.
Lotuke Seed Secondary School scored a total of 347 points in all the contested events, while Abim SS finished 2nd with a total of 267 points and Morulem Girls’ SS took the 3rd position with only 161 points.
Moses Aluo, the games and sports teacher at Lotuke, applauded the energy, discipline, and exceptional performance of the athletes from the three schools that took part in the competitions.
Aluo mentioned that 40 athletes have been selected by the organizing committee to represent Abim district in the upcoming Karamoja Zonal secondary school ball games II.
This year’s zonal competitions will take place at Namalu SS in Nakapiripirit district from June 26th to 29th, 2025.
